I did this black and grey rose on Howard, who fixes things around New York Adorned. When he’s not doing that he spends the rest of his time in the sun, punishing his leathery skin.

These peonies are in progress on my pal Kayleigh Goldsworthy. Kayleigh has been both a human canvas and a human koozie. The lines and the grey in the background are healed and theres still a couple sessions of color to go. Here are a couple of back tattoos. Marie already had half of her back done and had me add some mums to compliment what she already had. I’m only responsible for the left side of her back, which is still in progress. The eagle fighting the snake is from 3 years ago but its owner, Marilyn was charitable enough to grace me with her presence recently. I still don’t consider this one to be done, and it’s not really in the style that I’ve been doing lately, but its flashback Friday, so here it is.

I was lucky enough to be included in the new book “With The Light Of Truth”. Dan Smith did a great job of putting together this book of straightedge tattooers. You can pick up your copy at www.withthelightoftruth.com. The New York release part is this Saturday November 26 from 7-10 at Sacred Gallery in Brooklyn.
I started the black metal girl painting about a year ago and put it away because so many people had the same idea I did. But I figured the more the merrier, so here it is. The wolf is a tattoo i did on Federico who came in from Dublin. He had a really cool tattoo from Javier Rodriguez from his time in Spain, and he had just got a great pinup from Bert Krak the day before he got this.

Check out these new tattoos. I did the “Rose of No Man’s Land” on Alyssa in one shot the other day. I also recently finished this eagle on my friend Heather. We started it before the summer, so some of it is healed and some is fresh in the photo. I didn’t do the “Vegan” tattoo but I’m siked that its there.

I recently started using Instagram, so you might have already seen this stuff on there. I’ve been using it to post more in progress tattoos and less serious stuff. Instagram is slowly undoing all the damage that the demise of Myspace has caused to tattooing. Its a great way to keep an eye on your favorite tattooers, photographers, and sluts.
